Germany will host the 9th Conference of Parties on the Convention about the Biological Diversity (CBD) and the 4th Meeting of Parties on the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety. The Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt DBU invites all governmental and nongovernmental organisations, companies, associations, research and education facilities from home and abroad to presenting their innovative projects, concepts and ideas around the topic of “biological diversity” and nature conservation. The city of Bonn and especially the location around the Hotel Maritim Conference Centre will be the Plaza of Diversity - a platform for a wide range of events and activities accompanying the conference: Expo of Diversity

Whereas the Expo of Diversity, the Campus of Diversity and the Forum of Diversity will be located between the Hotel Maritim and the Federal Ministery for Environmental Protection, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, the city of Bonn offers a range of events at different locations around the topic “Biodiversity - diversity in the city”. |
